Your Role
As the Social Media Manager, you will oversee Apple's social media strategy, crafting and curating content that resonates with our audience, drives brand loyalty, and creates meaningful conversations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including PR, Product Marketing, and Content Creation, to ensure a consistent and engaging brand voice across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, implement, and manage the overall social media strategy to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Analyze and report performance metrics across channels, applying insights to improve future campaigns.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, product, and sales, to align on social campaigns and create synergies.
- Drive content creation and publishing, ensuring that all visuals and copy are aligned with Apple’s global brand standards.
- Engage with the community on social media platforms; monitor, respond, and engage with audience comments or messages.
- Stay updated with social media trends, best practices, algorithms, and new platforms, bringing innovative ideas to the team.
- Manage social media budgets and allocate resources effectively for optimal impact.
- Oversee social media advertising campaigns, ensuring effective targeting and budget management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a technology or consumer goods sector.
- Proficiency in social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Solid knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and online engagement strategies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset; experience with tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas that engage diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
